Key Roles & Responsibilities:

 Active contribution in WISRTT (Wireless Interconnection Solution Remote T1 Testing team) that handles the troubleshooting and testing T1 Augments, Carrier Adds, EVDO, and New Cells. (CISCO PLATFORM)
 Implement FACTS, FMS, Lassie, Quickpad and React (B E R D Technology) technologies to perform the functions.
 The team handles all CDMA T1’s going to Cell Site’s that have a jeopardy code applied against the FP in FACTS by Network OPS, Site Development or Provisioning since the initial testing was done by WISRTT.
 The troubleshooting section has the following sub sections:
 Port Configuration
 Tellabs 5500
 Alcatel 1631
 Check for 1-Way Cross Connect
 Check for Internal Loop
 Check T3 Status
 Try Different Loop Codes
 Troubleshooting with LEC
 Wireless Trunk Disconnect (CDMA)
 Provide assistance to the Provisioners in working CDMA wireless trunk disconnects.
 Designing ASR Form for different LEC (Local Exchange Carrier).
