My job description consists of providing mental health services such as skill bases interventions, resources, emotional support and
empower etc. with consumers with mental disorders. Specific responsibilities include:
• Write up clinical treatment plans which consist of treatment goals, objectives and interventions within the psychotherapy model.
• Conduct monthly housing inspections
• Conduct home visits
• Assist consumers with medication and medical management
• Assist consumer with mental health benefits such as SSI, DMH housing and Substance Abuse treatment programs etc.
• Assist consumers develop coping strategies and crisis intervention techniques
• Assist with the psychiatrist, therapist and parole officers with diagnostic assessments
