| Job Description | E-Commerce Application Testing Analyst (3250) 2 Years Contract in Bothell, WA 98011 Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this role Responsibilities :- Review functional design/Prepare and execute test plans/Execute automated tests/Create and review test cases, conditions and/or scenarios. TO BE A QUALFIED CANDIDATE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT OF Quality Assurance Analyst CANDIDATES REQUIRE: 5 to 7 years Experience in quality assurance and testing 5 to 7 years experience testing a web-based ecommerce application 5+ years experience using SQL query tools such as TOAD Experience using a defect tracking system Good understanding of release and quality management processes Good understanding the projects full life cycle Strong analytical, problem solving, and testing skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to recognize a problem and resolve with little supervision and know when to escalate an issue Be self motivating while working independently and/or in a team environment • Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadline, this could include non-standard hours such as evenings and weekends nEEDS TO BE FLEXIBILE • Demonstrated experience using automated testing tools • Familiarity with UNIX • Good knowledge of XML • SQL and VBScripting required • eCommerce application testing experience Qualifications :- 1) eCommerce Web Site Experience - Expert - Required 2) Quality Assurance and Testing - Expert - Required 3) SQL - Intermediate - Required 4) VB Scripting - Intermediate - Required 5) UNIX - Intermediate - Required 6) Understanding of project life cycle - Expert - Required 7) Written and Oral Communication Skills - Expert - Required 8) Ability to Multi-task - Expert - Required 9) Experience with Defect Tracking Tools - Intermediate - Required 10) Experience using automation tools - Intermediate - Required |
