| Job Description | Technical/Functional Skills • FlexPLM 9/10 configuration /
customization and administration skills.
• Windchill 9/10 skill set can also be considered • Programming experience in Java/J2EE • Use of IDE and configuration management tools Experience Required 5+ years Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for all aspects of FlexPLM PLM configuration including: data, workflow, and security models • Ability to translate customer requirements into Functional requirements and detailed design documents • Responsibility for all FlexPLM customization as defined in above • Estimation • Solid understanding of configuration management principles and PLM best practices • Technical knowledge on integration of Windchill and/or Flex PLM with other applications • Strong process knowledge in Retail (Apparel, Hardlines, Fine Jewellery etc) • Suggest best practices to improve customer’s solution Generic Managerial Skills • Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills • Excellent Communication Skills • Ability to handle and work with teams across different geographic locations |
