Job Description. • Kronos configuration of complex payrule and work rule configuration building blocks for Timekeeper implementation • Kronos configuration of Absence Management (Attendance and Leave) • Kronos Record Manager experience • Kronos Setup Data Manager experience • Kronos 4500 Time clock setup and configuration and all aspects of DCM • Experience using Kronos-supplied APIs to provide data to an external source • Solid understanding of Relational DB concepts, including experience writing complex SQL queries • Familiarity with the Kronos database structures and entity relationships • Experience using SQL Developer tool, and SQL Plus • Experience analyzing and optimizing SQL • Experience programming with Oracle and using Oracle database views • Experience with Java and J2EE • Able to read and understand HTML • Experience with Crystal reports and conversion of Crystal Reports to new Sql Report Writer • Kronos Connect experience • Experience with Workforce Interface Manager • Experience with Peoplesoft interfacing with Kronos The candidate will be accountable for the following deliverables: • Configuration of Kronos modules per Kronos Requirements • Creation of new interfaces either in Workforce Connect or Workforce Integration Manager • Creation of Process Manager Templates for employee notification • Configured and installed 4500 clocks • Creation of custom Java screens that will display Kronos information from Kronos Self Service • Converted Crystal Reports to Sql Report Writer |
