Experience: 10 to 12 Years Role:Enterprise Lead Architect Program Name: Media 3. 0 Role Description o To define architecture vision and realization roadmap for an enterprise-scale strategic business initiative in a customer organization. Responsibilities Analysis & Architecture Design o Articulate value of enterprise architecture in a strategic business initiative o Present enterprise architecture blue-print (target state) for a strategic business initiative o Present architecture transformation roadmap in a strategic business initiative o Present macro [3-Year] and micro plan [90-Day to 1Year] for architecture realization Provide Technology Expertise o Keep abreast with knowledge in technology and solution space o Analyze emerging technology trends & assess the impact on business environment o Govern architectural and technology risks to balance vision versus execution o Identify & drive enterprise architectural principles & governing processes Establish architectural vision for significantly complex business initiatives Anticipate, create and define innovative concepts in strategic business initiatives Drive collaboration across multiple teams (across-Line of Business, multi-vendor) Align multiple stakeholders towards the strategic goals of enterprise architecture Mediate opposing viewpoints and negotiate solution for successful & stable outcome. Skills Profile 12+ years overall IT experience including 5+ years of strong progressive IT experience in the application development space, 5 - 7 years hands- on Solutions Architecture and /or System Architecture design experience and 4-5 years in Enterprise Architecture. Candidates should have solid working knowledge around the following competencies: o Expertise with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) methods, reusable components and implementation technologies such as web services o Knowledge of frameworks, architecture / integration patterns and design patterns o Understanding of Event Driven Architecture o Experienced in Architecture governance processes and conducting Architecture reviews and evaluations o Ability to provide technical leadership, work with customers to identify requirements, design and develop robust BI and DW solutions that meet functional and performance requirements o Ability to architect enterprise level BI and DW solutions o Should have working knowledge of the following tools and technologies Netezza Appliance SQL, ELT (ODI) Exposure to TIBCO EMS / Business Works o Should have working knowledge of the following tools and technologies Adobe Flex, Java, J2EE, JSP, Sencha, HTML 5.0 framework XML, XSD, AJAX Oracle Weblogic o Should have exposure for the following tools and technologies TIBCO Business Works, EMS TIBCO ActiveMatrix Suite and TIBCO Business Events Understanding of the link between business needs and application technology Ability to work in a fast-paced, client- driven environment Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) |
