| Job Description | We are looking for an office/marketing manager for our landscape
architecture firm. Please email resume and cover letter. Job description: Office Management & Coordination • Maintain cleanliness and organization. • Maintain and improve filing systems (including server), kitchen organization, and supplies organization • Research RFP and RFQ opportunities on an ongoing basis • Assist with development of proposal materials • Regularly update firm website with news and project information • Assist with preparation of presentation materials • Coordinate office social functions and meetings • Develop and implement new office systems and protocols as appropriate Project Support • Assist with product, plant, and other research as necessary • Assist with development of renderings and other graphics (skills permitting) Required skills: Fluency in English a MUST. Excellent writing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage an office of creative individuals engaged in multiple pursuits with conflicting deadlines Thrives in a creative environment Devotion to organization and enforcement of office systems Self-starter capable of managing up (demonstrate with past experience) Superior skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe InDesign Desirable but not Required: Understanding of architecture/landscape architecture processes and milestones Graphic skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, website maintenance |
