Job Details:
Designation Peoplesoft Payroll
Job Description A minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll, tax reporting and tax compliance, strongly required; with at least 4 years in a processing role in a large company environment.
Strong knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations, standards, methods and practices related to payroll processing and payroll taxes Proficiency in payroll systems and applications, PeopleSoft v9 and ADP Print/Tax Services required Advanced knowledge of Multi-State payroll, using multiple federal tax ID’s (FEIN) required Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestures, and employee transfers between tax ID’s preferred Basic accounting principles as related to payroll processing Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Visio preferred Knowledge of foreign currency payroll processing a plus Strong analytical and research skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
