| Job Description | Job Requirements: § 2+ years experience working as a Ticketing Agent, AMADEUS preferred § Experience with European destinations, individual and group arrangements § Knowledge of German, Russian or Romanian a plus § Knowledge of MS Office Suite § Excellent customer service skills § Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines § Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment Responsibilities: § Booking domestic and international air travel, hotel stays, ocean and river cruises, car rentals and rail reservations § Selling individual and group travel arrangements § Handling customer orders and payments; § Ensuring all bookings are completed with accuracy § Providing alternatives for customer travel § Assisting clients with finding travel package deals for their needs § Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and resort excursions § Dealing with complaints § Meeting sales targets as set out by the travel agency manager |
